HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Placing an order is easy. 

You can Call, Email, DM us on social media, or fill out our online Quote Request form with details on what you’re wanting.

We might have a couple of questions, but once we have a clear understanding of your project we can help guide you in the right direction and send you a Quote. If you approve of our quote we ask for payment to then begin working on a digital proof for your order(Job specifying design, colors, placement, garment or accessory, sizes, and quantities). After the artwork is approved we then move your order into production.

Once your order is complete we email you a Ready for Pickup notification. (Shipping options are also available at an additional cost).

Screenprint - 24 pieces (Minimum of 12 for an ink change within an order)

Embroidery

  • Jackets & Polos - 6 pieces

  • Headwear - 12 pieces

Heat Transfer Vinyl - 12 pieces

Direct to Garment - No Minimums

Decals/Stickers - VARY BY SIZE

ORDER TURNAROUND

Although it varies per service and quantity, please plan ahead by allowing us up to 12-14 business days for your order to be completed.

HOW TO PAY & FORMS OF PAYMENT

We can take payment in-store, over the phone, Zelle, or through our online payment portal.

We accept cash, checks, and cards like Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Apple Pay.

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN SHIRTS & CAPS??

We accept customer-provided garments and accessories as long as we are 100% sure they are able to be decorated. We also can’t accept or decorate unique or expensive garments due to the risk of damage. If you would like to bring in your own shirts, hoodies, hats, etc. a liability and risk of damage form will be provided, once read and if agreed upon must be signed. This is to make sure you are aware of the risks and the possibility that your blanks could be misprinted or damaged. Also please provide brand-new blanks and avoid bringing us used garments or previously decorated garments. If you provide your own shirts or hats, please have a packing list of what you are bringing, which means quantities and a list of sizes and colors. If items are individually bagged or come with stickers or tags, unbagging and untagging fees will apply.
